Running from 5:00pm to 6:30pm, these sessions ditch the traditional drills and coaching in favour of straight, non-stop scrimmages. It is a unique space where the court is run by young people for young people, providing an authentic and inclusive atmosphere to hoop without the pressure of formal training. Whether you are looking to stay sharp, get a solid cardio workout, or simply enjoy some competitive runs with your peers, this is the perfect environment to show your skills and connect with others in your local community.
