What we'll do

When you arrive in the morning at 10am we will get to know each other by playing small ice breaker games these games are all sports related with some none sports related to get children to interact with one another. The rest of the morning will be spent doing basketball skills with dribbling passing and shooting drills and each morning we will focus more on a different skill. By 11:30am using the skills we learnt during the skills training we will then play small sided games putting those skills to do good use in those small sided games. We break for lunch at 12:30pm and return at 1:20pm when larger teams are created by grouping children together by age and ability. Each team will play against each team. We will have teams named after an NBA teams with each team given a team uniform to wear in the matches. Each team will have a younger and older age group who will play against each other. The younger age group will be the A team and the older age group will be the B team. Each quarter is played by each age group with the final score being added together to find out which team wins at the end of each day at camp. Everyone will be included in the team matches and we are sure that all attendees will have fun!

West London Gators Basketball Club

A local basketball club for children aged 6-18

We have been operating since 2016 and have over 130 members currently playing basketball for different age group teams. We run weekly training sessions around different boroughs in west London Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow and Westminster. We do camps for children aged 7-15 during the school half terms breaks and summer holidays.
