Our curriculum
NOTE: Free spaces only for Wandsworth School children eligible for FREE SCHOOL MEALS BENEFITS RELATED. FEES WILL APPLY TO NON HAF ATTENDEES AND THOSE WHO LIVE OUTSIDE OF WANDSWORTH. WATER ACTIVITIES: If you register swimming for fun and inflatable water activities this will give access to the Sports Hall. But those who register for Sports Hall cannot access to water activities as we have limited spaces. The A2ndvoice Easter HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Programme is an autism-inclusive holiday provision designed to support children and young people during the Easter break. We provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where autistic children and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) are fully welcomed, understood, and supported. We are not a drop off provision, parent carers remain with their child(ren), siblings welcome too. Sessions for 17 - 24 Years old to take part in the Inflatable Water Sports (Carer welcome), Jewellery Making, Trip to Flip Out (date to be confirmed), African Drumming and Arts and Crafts. Our programme is tailored to meet a range of additional needs, and for those with physical disabilities and/or wheelchair users, please do let us know so we can adapt some of the activities. We recognise that school holidays can be particularly challenging for Autistic and SEND families due to reduced routine and limited specialist provision. The A2ndvoice Easter HAF Programme offers consistent structure, predictable schedules, and clear communication to help children feel secure and regulated. Sessions are structured flexibly to meet the needs of all participants. Some activities are delivered in mixed-age groups where appropriate, encouraging peer support, sibling participation, and inclusive social interaction. Other sessions are organised by age and ability to ensure activities are developmentally appropriate and that each child receives the right level of support, engagement, and challenge. The programme combines creative expression, physical activity, and structured play. Participants can enjoy Easter-themed projects - swimming sessions for fun with their carer - sensory play - creative dance workshops - arts and crafts - african drumming and dance - indoor sports - gaming with Pop Up Arcade - jewellery-making - puzzles - board games Inflatable activities such as bouncy castles, soft play, and interactive games are included to promote movement, coordination, and positive social engagement. The programme also includes a supervised off-site trip to Flip Out Croydon, providing an exciting opportunity for active recreation in a supported and inclusive environment. Staff by Mia Care Services and Active SEN agency providing all round support for parents who may need extra support for some of the activities. We welcome children with physical disabilities and wheelchair users. Please inform us of any mobility or access needs in advance so we can make appropriate adaptations, adjust activities where necessary, and ensure your child is fully supported to participate comfortably and safely. Nutritional support is provided daily in line with HAF standards. We are mindful of sensory sensitivities and dietary requirements, offering flexibility and understanding around food preferences where possible. The A2ndvoice Easter HAF Programme primarily supports children eligible for free school meals, benefits related, ensuring equitable access to enriching holiday provision. Our aim is to reduce isolation, build confidence, maintain routine, and provide a genuinely inclusive space where autistic children and young people with SEND feel safe, valued, and empowered. If your Autistic/SEND child does not meet the criteria. Concession fees will apply. Please email: holidays@a2ndvoice.com for more information.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not generally available, but may be considered with sufficient notice.Cancellation and Attendance Bookings for the A2ndvoice HAF Programme relate to leisure activities provided on specific dates. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. For paid bookings, refunds are not generally available once a place has been confirmed. However, refund requests may be considered where sufficient notice is provided and where the space can be reallocated. Any approved refund may be subject to a reasonable administration fee to cover costs already incurred. For funded (free) HAF places, there are no cancellation fees where at least '24 hours’ notice' is given. Where a child does not attend and less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, this may be recorded as a non-attendance. Repeated non-attendance or failure to communicate with us may result in withdrawal from the current programme and/or restrictions on future bookings. This ensures fair and equitable access to funded places for all eligible families. We understand that circumstances can change, particularly for children with additional needs. Exceptional circumstances will always be considered. If your child is unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible. Any problems email: holidays@a2ndvoice.com or leave a message: 07947198362

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
