What to Expect During this session, you can expect:    •   Information about autism within Chinese and East Asian communities    •   Understanding cultural perspectives around neurodiversity    •   Opportunities to ask questions and share experiences    •   Community connection and peer support    •   Signposting to helpful resources and services About Chinese Autism UK Chinese Autism UK is a community organisation founded by Hazel Lim to support Chinese and East Asian autistic people and their families across the UK. The organisation works to:    •   Raise awareness and understanding of autism    •   Reduce stigma within communities    •   Provide bilingual information and resources    •   Support families to access services and support networks    •   Work with professionals to improve culturally inclusive practice Booking Spaces may be limited. A2ndvoice CIC are a not-for-profit organisation supporting the needs of autistic people and their families, raising awareness and understanding from different perspectives, outreaching also to the Africa, Caribbean, Asian, and Minority Ethnic Communities (ACAME) and Dual Heritage Communities in tackling the taboos and myths around Autism. We host a range of activities and events looking at the needs of the family. Supported by Autistic People and Specialists.
