What we'll do
Through your week with us, you will learn and rehearse your role in Friday night's production of Alice Through the Looking Glass! In between rehearsals we will explore the natural surroundings, build team skills, develop cookery talents and have a bucket load of fun! We will provide lunch and snacks each day- joining together to eat our community meals and share ideas and stories across the table. Please note- all attendees must be available to attend Monday- Friday 9-3, and then commit to returning Friday evening 5-7 for our performance for family and friends!

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Oasis Community Hub Warndon will require the completion of our own issued forms in addition to the Eequ booking. These will be sent out w/c 13th July, deadline for completion is Monday 20th July 2026 . Without a completed form your booking will be invalid and space reissued. For non attendance with no communication- we reserve the right to reissue the space.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
