What we'll do
Get ready to run, jump, and throw in this high-energy athletics session delivered by the fantastic team at Fit Mums! This action-packed session is designed to introduce children to the foundations of track and field sports in a completely supportive and non-competitive environment. Suitable for ages 5 to 9. • Skill Building: Play fast-paced games and drills that build agility, balance, and coordination. • Teamwork: Focus on making new friends, boosting self-confidence, and having plenty of fun. • Free Lunch: All participants will receive a free packed lunch to keep their energy up, thanks to the Healthy Holidays Activities and Food Programme.
