Through this programme they are awarded roles of responsibility and have an opportunity to develop their leadership skills with the support of our Activity Leaders. All Young Leaders are given their own Athena Activities T-Shirt to make them stand out to everyone at camp as an ambassador for our core values and ethos. Athena Activities maintains a keen interest in supporting the future prospects of Young Leaders, and we encourage them to seek future employment options with us as well as explore the ways we can support them to achieve their long-term goals through apprenticeships, college and university.
