What we'll do
Our sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, and inclusive, with a strong focus on developing physical fitness through exciting games like Bulldog and Dodgeball. At the same time, participants will learn the fundamental skills of MMA, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and structured environment. To ensure all participants are challenged appropriately, we offer two groups: Beginner to Intermediate – Ideal for those new to MMA, wrestling, and BJJ, focusing on building foundational skills in a supportive setting. Advanced – Designed for more experienced children, providing greater challenges to refine their technique and develop their skills further. Led by experienced coaches and supported by our college students as peer mentors, these sessions provide positive role models who are skilled in engaging and inspiring young people. We prioritize safety and enjoyment—there is no live sparring, ensuring that every participant feels comfortable while building confidence, coordination, and essential life skills.

We are a combat sports academy who provide training for children as young as 3 to elite professional athletes. We deliver engaging, age appropriate and meaningful activities which support young people's physical and mental well being.
Learning aims
Aim 1
Beginner to Intermediate Group: Fundamental Movements & Fitness • Develop basic movement skills (balance, coordination, agility, and strength). • Improve general fitness through fun, game-based activities.
Aim 3
Confidence & Discipline: • Build self-confidence through structured challenges. • Understand the importance of respect, discipline, and teamwork in martial arts.
Aim 5
Tactical Awareness & Problem-Solving: • Apply techniques in controlled drills and situational sparring (without live striking). • Understand basic fight strategies and decision-making under pressure.
Aim 2
MMA, Wrestling & BJJ Basics: • Learn core stance, footwork, and positioning for MMA. • Understand basic takedowns and positional control in wrestling. • Learn fundamental BJJ positions (guard, mount, side control) and simple escapes.
Aim 4
Advanced Group: Technical Skill Progression • Develop advanced footwork, striking combinations, and defensive techniques. • Improve wrestling transitions, chain wrestling, and control strategies. • Learn more complex BJJ submissions, escapes, and positional control strategies.
Aim 6
Physical & Mental Conditioning: • Improve endurance, strength, and flexibility through structured training. • Develop resilience and a growth mindset when facing challenges.
