What we'll do
Our sessions will be engaging and fun with a focus on developing physical fitness through games (like bulldog and dodgeball) whilst also developing the fundamental skills used in MMA, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. The sessions will be delivered by experienced coaches with the support of our college students who will act as peer mentors to participants. Our coaches are excellent role models who are well trained in engaging young people in an inclusive and meaningful way. The sessions do not contain live sparring, safety and fun are at the forefront of these sessions.

We are a combat sports academy who provide training for children as young as 3 to elite professional athletes. We deliver engaging, age appropriate and meaningful activities which support young people's physical and mental well being.
Learning aims
Aim 1
The importance physical activity for health. Our sessions will cover an array of movements and exercises which promote mobility and flexibility.
Aim 2
Developing basic self-defence skills and awareness.
Aim 3
The fundamentals of Kickboxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
