A summary
Our sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, and inclusive, with a strong focus on developing physical fitness through exciting games like Bulldog and Dodgeball. At the same time, participants will learn the fundamental skills of MMA, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and structured environment.
To ensure all participants are challenged appropriately, we offer two groups:
Beginner to Intermediate – Ideal for those new to MMA, wrestling, and BJJ, focusing on building foundational skills in a supportive setting.
Advanced – Designed for more experienced children, providing greater challenges to refine their technique and develop their skills further.
Led by experienced coaches and supported by our college students as peer mentors, these sessions provide positive role models who are skilled in engaging and inspiring young people. We prioritize safety and enjoyment—there is no live sparring, ensuring that every participant feels comfortable while building confidence, coordination, and essential life skills.
