A summary
Join us for an exciting and creative 3-day puppetry camp where young people will explore the fundamentals of puppeteering and bring their ideas to life through performance. Across the three days, participants will learn key puppetry skills including movement, character development, and voice work. They will then work together to plan and create a lively 90s-style breakfast show, featuring a mix of interviews, news segments, weather reports, music, and entertainment. Young people will choose their own puppets and create the characters. They can choose to take on a performance role as puppeteers or contribute behind the scenes through set design, prop making, poster creation, or technical support. The programme encourages creativity, teamwork, confidence, and storytelling, while also offering hands-on making, collaborative planning, and active, engaging sessions each day. By the end of the camp, participants will have developed new creative and technical skills and taken part in a unique, group-devised puppet production.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Attendance & Non-Attendance Policy Our sessions are free of charge, but each place is valuable and limited. Many families would like to attend, so it is important that booked places are used. If your child is unable to attend a session, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the place to another child who may be waiting. If a participant does not attend without letting us know (a “no-show”), this may affect their ability to book places on future holiday programmes, including Summer Holiday activities. This policy helps us: - Ensure as many children as possible can benefit from the programme - Use funded places responsibly - Provide fair access to activities for families in the community We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us if your plans change.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
