A summary
At AP Coaching, our Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) sessions are thoughtfully designed to provide children and young people with a well-rounded, engaging, and supportive experience during school holidays. We offer a diverse programme that includes multi-skill sports sessions aimed at developing physical literacy, teamwork, and confidence across a range of athletic disciplines. In addition to sports, we incorporate creative arts and crafts activities that encourage self-expression, imagination, and fine motor skills in a fun and relaxed environment. To ensure every participant is well-nourished and energized throughout the day, we provide freshly prepared hot meals and a selection of healthy snacks, catering to a variety of dietary needs. All of our staff are fully qualified, experienced, and committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for every child. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality sessions that promote physical activity, creativity, and wellbeing, while supporting families and communities. NOTE - Please bring comfortable shoes, sun cream, warm clothing for sport & a waterproof jacket. Lunch and drinks provided.
