What we'll do
Children only for tickets - supervising adults are allowed free of charge. What children will experience - Real animal care Learn how to feed, handle, groom, and look after a range of friendly animals in a safe, supervised environment. - Hands‑on interaction Meet mammals, reptiles, insects, and more. Build confidence, empathy, and respect through close-up encounters. - Animal science made fun Explore habitats, adaptations, life cycles, behaviour, and conservation through practical, sensory, and engaging activities. Why join? - Builds confidence and responsibility - Encourages curiosity and scientific thinking - Supports wellbeing through calm, nurturing animal time - Perfect for animal lovers, budding scientists, and children who learn best by doing Who is it for? Children aged 5 - 16, including SEND learners. Activities are adapted to ensure everyone can take part meaningfully. We are very excited to be collaborating with Angela’s Ark to bring you our animal workshop. Angela’s Ark will bring a variety of small animals to our workshops.
