When you arrive
You will greeted by our friendly fully qualified team. The team will work with you to make sure you have fun and learn new skills. You will take part in a warm up then go into a structured boxing session were all levels of ability are met. You will take part in stretch and warm down sessions and Yoga. All sessions are set out so young people have fun and learn new skills. The sessions will look at fitness and mental well-being. Young people who attend will be taken out of there comfort zone at times but this will be done in a safe environment were the young person feels like they can be pushed to new levels of fitness. For those wanting to take boxing more serious can join in the boxing classes were they will learn new skills and eventually go on to compete.

Anfield Amateur Boxing Club
Every on deserves a chance
We are a youth development project that uses boxing as a platform for change. We use fitness in a fun way to help develop and motivate young people to make positive life choices. We have 30 years experience delivering youth development and 20 years experience delivering boxing. All coaches are fully qualified and DBS checked.
Fitness for fun
Our time table throughout the summer holiday programme will be 4 days a week Mon-Fri 5pm to 9pm. We will be running Tuesday and Thursday 6pm - 7pm adult and children's fitness sessions also free of charge. Mon, Wed, Fri, 5pm to 6pm Little Narks age 5-9 fitness, stretch, intro to boxing Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, 6pm to 7pm Into to boxing age 9-16 fitness, stretch, intro to boxing Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri Boxing (carded boxers) age 12- 16 Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, 6.30pm to 9pm Boxing age 10 to 16 boxing, fitness, stretch, yoga
