What we'll do
The Addy is a charity funded, open access, adventure playground , with play at its core. First set up in 1972 by parents in a pit community that wanted a safe space for their children to play, fast-forward to now and this is pretty much our ethos today! It's all about feeling free, child-led adventure, discovery, learning through play. Every visit will feel like a whole new adventure...run wild, build dens, get cosy around our campfire & toast a marshmallow, make a pizza in the pizza oven, jump from the jumping tower, whizz down the zipline, make friends. Immerse in nature and enjoy childhood the old-fashioned way, no screens just pure hands-on, feel-good stuff - you can't beat it! Our high energy, fun filled sessions are supported by dedicated, qualified Playworkers. Our unique, beautiful space caters to all ages and abilities - there is something for everyone! Remember to wear your playing out clothes!!

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
