What we'll do

Your child will: Be active through games, sports and challenges; Build confidence and social skills in a supportive group; Make new friends and feel part of a team; Have space to be creative and calm when they need a break; Learn about healthy eating and nutrition in simple, hands-on ways; Enjoy a free, nutritious meal and snacks We focus on effort, kindness and enjoyment, not on “being the best”. How we run the day Across the day, we: - Start with energising games so everyone feels included from the first minute - Rotate children through different sports and activities, tailored to age and ability - Use small-sided games to keep every child involved and moving - Build in quieter zones and creative sessions to rest, reset and express themselves - Run fun, practical food and nutrition activities that help children understand how to fuel their bodies - End the day by celebrating what children have tried, learned and enjoyed Who our camps are for Our team is experienced in working with children of different ages, abilities and needs. We adapt every activity so your child can join in at their own pace. If cost, confidence, additional needs or previous experiences have been a barrier, we’ll work with you to find an approach that works. Your child doesn’t need any experience or special kit – just comfortable clothes, a drink bottle and a willingness to have a go. Activities your child could enjoy Over the week there’s something for every child, from sports lovers to complete beginners, including*: Archery, Netball, Football, Tag Rugby, Uni-hoc, Tri-golf, Javelin, Athletics, Tennis, Capture the Flag, Cricket, Dodgeball, Boccia, Benchball, Jag Tag, Handball, Volleyball, Fencing, Table Tennis, Basketball, Badminton, Arts and Crafts, Go Karts and much more *activities subject to change across venues In partnership with the Connect4Communities team at Hampshire County Council, we’re offering our camps free of charge to eligible families, funded through the national Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme. Our HAF Camps give your child a safe, welcoming place to spend the holidays moving more, making friends and feeling good about themselves. If you think you might be eligible, book as soon as you can to secure your child’s space and give them an active, positive, fun holiday experience.
