What we'll do
Arts and sports (both inside and outside) with qualified and nurturing teaching specialists and mentors. Regulation activities and fun art projects in a small group or individually. Food will be provided (a mix of hot and cold choice over the week) and daily games and exercise! Transport provided from home to the centre and back to help ease parental/student/carer anxieties. Some tuition in core subjects can also be provided to boost school attainment figures. Forest school type activities will be available once a week.

We offer high‑quality specialist SEND provision for primary and secondary pupils, designed to support children’s physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall development through a range of enriching and enjoyable activities. Our sessions provide a safe and nurturing environment where young people can build friendships, develop new skills, and experience positive social interaction. To ensure each pupil receives focused support, we are keeping group sizes small. This allows us to maximise engagement, concentration, and individualised attention. Our aim is for every child to leave feeling regulated, confident, and excited for the next day’s activities. We have staff trained for complex medical needs such as Addison's disease, cystic fibrosis and diabetes. A lunch will be provided daily, with refreshments available throughout each session.
Food, fun and fitness (medical issues catered for)!
It can be really difficult to find specialist SEND HAF programmes that can also support children with their medical complexities. We have an ex paramedic who provides training for all staff and is present most days in HAF at Easter, to ensure that parent's anxieties are reduced. We keep places restricted to 6 with 3-4 staff each day to ensure personal attention and maximum benefit for our students with specialist SEND teachers and mentors.
