Delivered by Active Tameside and based at Active Oxford Park. The camp offers themed multisport sessions including target games, team games, invasion games, swim days, creative activities, and inflatable fun days. Each day includes structured activities and a hot, healthy meal in a safe and welcoming environment.

I enjoy working closely with local primary schools providing high quality PE & School Sport and providing pathways for children to take part in sport. Hobbies include long distance running for East Cheshire Harriers and season ticket holder at Manchester United!

I have also managed football teams, from Under 6's to a military veterans football team with players aged between 28 and 72. I follow Oldham Athletic and the England national team. When I'm not working or watching football, I can be found unwinding at a fishing lake. It'll be great to meet you at our holiday camps!

FAQ's
Who is entitled to attend the provision? Children between the age of 5-12 in receipt of benefit related free school meals, that live and attend Tameside schools can apply for a free place. Eligibility for free places is approved by Tameside MBC. Please contact hafenquiries@tameside.gov.uk if you have any queries or disputes. Active Tameside have no control over the approval of free places which are allocated to families in receipt of free school meals. SWIM DAYS: Children swim on WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS Children under the age of 8 will take part in a structured swim session Coaches and lifeguards are all staffed at pool side Will my child be taken off site? Children will engage in activities off site including nature walks, park visits and trips. Will lunch be provided? All children will receive a healthy lunch that meets the requirements of the children's NHS nutrition team. Lunches will be ordered in advance. Out of consideration for any children with nut allergies, we kindly we ask that you do not bring any nuts or nut-containing items to camp. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe What items does my child need to bring? -Mobile phones are not permitted -Children must bring a swim kit on the swimming days -Please bring a water bottle
