What we'll do
Throughout our Multi-Sports Camps, the children will get the opportunity to take part in lots of activities ranging from traditional sports such as basketball, football and hockey to non-traditional movement activities such as nerf battles, dodgeball, tag and chase games, soft archery and lots more! There will also be creative crafts, healthy eating activities and group games. We believe in a child-centered approach so these activities are subject to change based on the needs and preferences of the children attending. Each day will include opportunities for child-led free play. Every child receives a free hot lunch, snacks and drinks each day as well as the opportunity to complete a healthy eating themed activity each week.

About your mentors
Active Future Teesside
Instilling a love of movement for life
Active Future has been established to instil a love of movement and increasing the likelihood of lifelong participation. The delivery of movement activities must be around the needs of the person and not the needs of those delivering. We are on a Journey to Improve the Lives of 1 Million People per Week Through Movement.
Clare Farrell
Lead Coach
My life has always revolved around sport competing at a high level in many sports and representing Team GB in Triathlon. I love to get children active and having fun at the same time. I have taught children from all different backgrounds and from all over the world. I am passionate about what I do and I hope to inspire the next generation of children to show how much fun sport can be to meet new friends and be social .

A summary
We are focused on helping all children fall in love with physical activity, increasing the likelihood of lifelong participation as it has so many benefits! We help children socially develop and gain greater confidence too! We at Active Future have decided to use all means necessary to combat this social issue and will do whatever it takes to reach our long term goal of improving the lives of 1 million people per week through non-traditional movement activities and free play combined with more traditional sports.
