In-base Sessions:
Just bring yourself and a drink - and be prepared to take your shoes off.
Dietary Information
We cater to all dietary needs, by tailoring our menus to the specific needs of the children attending. We are very experienced with this and we get very creative to ensure all children are provided with a good meal composed of things they tolerate. We will go through all their food likes and dislikes with you as part of our needs assessment process.
Please do not send your own food in, in case they refuse ours. We have found that is almost always counter-productive; because when children know they have a packed lunch, they refuse to eat food their parents have told us they eat willingly, just because they know they have their own food. Then other children get jealous of the food they have, which causes issues with their eating as well.

ReGenerate - Hope For Autism CIC
ReGenerate - Hope For Autism CIC
ReGenerate helps autistic individuals of all ages through a wide range of challenges in navigating their world: From toilet anxiety and sensory hypersensitivities, through to going out in public and engaging with other people. Across all these areas and more, we carefully and gradually build confidence and break down barriers from early years to adulthood – using various tools that we have found to be helpful as autistic individuals ourselves. We work very closely with parents, carers and other professionals, in helping children and young people to blossom – providing tailored support and training from the outset, and maintaining close communication throughout.
