We are a purpose-built early years setting located on the grounds of Astmoor School in the heart of Castlefields, Runcorn. Our provision operates from a large hall, home to our well-established School Link Club, which we have successfully run since 2009. During holiday periods, we are also able to access the extensive grounds of Astmoor School, providing children with a wide range of indoor and outdoor opportunities. We have successfully delivered the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme previously and are committed to ensuring that every child gains the most from their time with us. Our activities vary daily but focus strongly on: • Physical development • Health and wellbeing • Creativity and self-expression Our spacious hall allows for a variety of engaging activities, alongside designated quiet areas for relaxation and mindfulness. We lead guided meditation sessions and provide a purpose-built outdoor SEN den located under the trees to support children who benefit from a calmer environment. Our outdoor space includes a large adventure park, treehouse, and a wide selection of play equipment. Activities throughout the programme include: • Sports • Dance • Singing • Arts and crafts We intentionally limit IT-based activities, as we recognise that many children already have significant access to technology at home. Instead, we prioritise active, creative, and social experiences. We are an inclusive setting and have proudly delivered Holiday Clubs since 2015, building strong relationships with families within our community. Food Provision We provide healthy, balanced food choices each day. Children can choose in advance by reviewing the weekly menu. Daily options include: • Jacket potato with various fillings • Packed lunch option Every Friday, we offer a special treat day where children can choose from: • Burgers • Pizza • Packed lunch • Ice cream A chilled water machine is available at all times in the Link Club to promote hydration. Children also enjoy preparing their own healthy foods during sessions, which they can take home. Examples include: • Fruit kebabs • Tuna pasta • Pizza wraps Enrichment and Celebration We hold “Crazy Fun Bingo” every Friday, where children can win a variety of prizes. We also present trophies and small gifts during sporting events to celebrate effort, teamwork, and achievement.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
