A summary
Instead of trying to force your body into one-size-fits-all poses, adaptive yoga fits the movements to what you’re able to do. It uses props like blankets, straps, & chairs to make the poses open to more people, & it recognises that poses aren’t everything. It consists of gentle manipulation, modified yoga poses, specialised breathing exercises & relaxation techniques, all adapted to individual abilities. It is fun, therapeutic & safe for children who need special care.

Timetable: Every Saturday at 3.30 pm Price: £5 per session or £20 per month Age: 5 -12 years old Only for SEND kids, and you can claim a short break.
Learning aims
Aim 1
In General, Improved body awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and simple breathing and movement tools to support calm, focus, and wellbeing.
Aim 2
For Autism & Physical Disabilities: Builds calm, focus, body awareness, motor coordination, & self-regulation in a safe, sensory-friendly space adapted to individual needs.
