These barriers vary some of which we see day to day such as Anti-social behaviour, and cost of living crisis. Some barriers we don’t see but are just as important is social exclusion, which has become more evident since we were plunged into a global pandemic. And due to day to day stresses a massive barrier in all demographics in life, is our own mental health and we aim to use sport to overcome all these barriers, plus anywhere else we can help!
