When you arrive
Welcome to 360 Play Town Redditch! Your HAF adventure starts the moment you step inside. At reception, our team will check in the qualifying child/children and accompanying adult from the register. If you’ve chosen to bring extra guests, please have payment or your booking reference ready to keep things moving smoothly. Each child will receive their snack box, complete with their juice‑station cup and hot meal voucher. Hot meals can be redeemed upstairs in our café. From there, you’re free to explore everything 360 Play has to offer, the musical carousel, giant soft playframe, messy play including healthy‑eating activities, and our role‑play street that sparks imagination. Parents and carers must stay onsite, and we encourage you to get involved and play alongside the children. Additional food and drinks are available from our café throughout your visit (fees apply)

The Active Place To Play
At 360 Play Town Redditch, children can enjoy a wide range of exciting play experiences designed to support their development while having fun. The large adventure play area offers physical play opportunities with slides, obstacles, ball pits and dedicated zones to build motor and cognitive skills, alongside a separate safe soft-play and sensory area for toddlers. Through 360 Street, children can explore imaginative role play, encouraging creativity, independence and social interaction in a vibrant, child-sized world. Skills-based activities using construction toys and group play help develop problem-solving, confidence and social skills, while creative play sessions include arts, crafts, music, singing and dancing for all ages.

How can I order my lunch? HAF lunch vouchers are redeemed in person at the café What's the time table of the HAF Sessions? 10:30am-14:30pm, If you have also booked 360 Play General Admission tickets you may remain after your slot. Can I leave and come back again the same day? No, re-entry is not admitted once you leave you are checked out of the building. How many adults per qualifying child can come along? One Free of charge adult can accompany one qualifying child. Can I bring more than one qualifying child to 360 Summer HAF? Yes each child does not require an accompanying adult for the group. How can I speak to 360 Play Town Redditch about my booking? Tel:01527 65776 What does my child need to wear to 360 Play? Comfortable clothes, ideally long sleeved and long legged, should be worn to 360 Play. Socks MUST be worn at all times on the play-frames by children and adults Can i bring a picnic? We operate a café in every centre, which caters for a wide range of dietary requirements. We offer healthy options as well as treats for the children. We have a menu for adults too. As a result we do not allow food or drink that is not purchased in the centre to be consumed. Please note any food that is not purchased at 360 Play will be removed.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Failure to attend your booking without prior cancellation may result in future bookings being cancelled by the provider to open the opportunity to further community members.
