What we'll do
Spend the evening getting the full live gig experience with professional musicians. Form a band, rehearse a song (or two!), set up the live sound and lighting equipment, design band logos and gig posters and finish the evening by inviting your friends and family to a live showcase with a special performance from the weekly Contemporary Music Club band. If you play, don't forget your instruments! Non players welcome too, plenty for you to do. The evening will also include a hot meal provided by Jacket Required. This workshop takes place at Stacey Community Centre from 5:30pm till 9:30pm on Thursday April 11th.

Nathalie Gunn
Outreach Co-Ordinator for The Young Creatives
Nathalie trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts before completing a BA Honours Degree in Creative & Performing Arts at Portsmouth University. Nathalie has worked with The Young Creatives as Outreach Co-Ordinator for two years, alongside this Nathalie performs with Children’s Theatre Company – Black Hat Theatrical, New Apollo & People and Stories. Nathalie also works a director and producer. Nathalie is the lead singer of a function band called The Spoils and performs solo as an events singer specialising in vintage and musical theatre.
