At Ma Durga Yoga we believe that in our fast paced world there is space needed for calming yogic experiences. For children and adults alike. Experiences and exercise that allows us to learn about our bodies, minds and mindfulness. Our classes offer a balance to neglected postures during work, school, play and time spend on electronic devices. We support physical movement paired with stillness to explore focus. We also discover breath awareness and calming experiences that can strengthen the central nervous system. We explore mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness and self-care through movement (asana) and stillness (shavasana). Overall we are looking for a holistic well-being experience as an oasis in our busy lives.
