At Ma Durga Yoga we believe that in our fast pace world there is space needed for calming yogic exercise. Especially for our children, that allows them to learn about their bodies, minds and mindfulness. Our classes offer a balance to neglected postures during school, play and time spend on electric devices. We support physical movement paired with breath awareness and calming experiences for the central nervous system.
We explore mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness and self-care through movement (asana) and stillness (shavasana).
