The Opening Doors Project
Every child matters
The Opening Doors Project promotes positive mental health in families and builds community resilience. We provide a range of activities and events which aim to reduce inequalities to health and promote togetherness and mindfulness. Here at The Opening Doors- we are underpinned by The World Health Organisation's definition of health " Health is not being absent from disease, it is a state of complete, social, physical and mental wellbeing" We firmly belive that "every community matters" We deliver a wide range of activities for all sectors of the community. Our aim is to promote positive health in its broadest sense. We have gained over 8 years experience providing out of school educational activities for children. Our sessions are well structured and we set learning outcomes for each day to ensure that children are learning and being supported in a fun but productive environment. All staff are SEND trained and we can cater for special dietry requirements.
