Our jam-packed holiday camps are a great place for children to make new friends, learn new skills, stay healthy and active and have fun during the holidays! ❤️ Join us for days filled with multi-sports, enrichment activities and fun games - plus a free hot meal - all delivered by our highly experienced and fully qualified team! Your weeks will be filled with activities such as dodgeball, archery, laser tag, football, rounders, gymnastics, dance...and much more! Children aged 4 and 5 who are in Reception are welcome to attend our HAF camps. However, children in Reception can only attend for a half a day, due to Ofsted's guidelines. Time4Sport was established in 2007 and has been built on a desire to improve the lives of children and families through PE and sport, with a passion for promoting the benefits of healthy living. Important Information
Please see below for some important details for our Holiday Camps. We can’t wait to welcome your children and have a great time in camp! Children aged 4 and 5 who are in Reception are welcome to attend our HAF camps. However, children in Reception can only attend for a half a day, due to Ofsted's guidelines. Please select the correct option for your child's age when booking. Please read the below information carefully, before dropping off your child/children to their first session. As this is a HAF camp, your child will receive a meal as part of their booking. Please make us aware of any allergies/dietary requirements. What to bring? We ask that you send your child into camp in clean clothes, suitable for sporting activities and that they bring all their belongings in clearly labelled backpack/bag. Your child's backpack should contain - a large, filled water bottle Any medication your child needs  Sun cream and sun hat (when sunny) A waterproof coat/jacket Please ensure all property is clearly labelled. All children must be fully toilet trained to attend camp. If your child has a medical reason for needing toilet assistance, please ensure that we have full details of this ahead of camp. We also ask you to send a spare change of clothes, should your child have an accident. If your child has any medical or behavioural information we need to be aware of, please add full details of this to their account, to ensure we can meet their needs and keep them safe. Please can you ensure this information, and emergency contact details, is kept up to date each time you book. Arrival at camp Registration will take place upon arrival. Camp Managers have a registration system on camp phones and will mark your children ‘in’ as they arrive to camp. This will take place in the main school reception at each venue. Parents must drop children off at the set start times. Parents will not be allowed into the school due to safeguarding. Groups will be supervised during mealtimes by their group coaches. Collection at the end of the session/day The Camp Manager will co-ordinate the collection of children from their groups with support of group leaders.  Please note – we understand that sometimes things crop up and children are collected later than they should be. However, persistent lateness will result in a £20 fine, payable before the child’s next T4S session. Thank you for your co-operation with this.

Mobile phone policy
Mobile phones and electronic devices: We do not permit children to bring electronic devices to camp. Your children will be too busy and active to need them, so please leave them at home. Children do not need to bring mobile phones unless they have a genuine reason to carry one – e.g. to monitor their blood sugar levels, or in case of walking home alone (children in Year 6 and above who have prior written permission.) If this applies to your child, they may bring their phone to camp. All phones must be handed to Camp Managers upon registration, who will store them in a locked secure box. Please only bring a phone if your child needs it for genuine reasons, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage. Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Please do ensure that if your child can no longer attend, you cancel in good time so that this space can be offered to another child. Repeated no shows will be reported to Staffordshire County Council and may result in not being able to book future sessions. Thank you in advance for your co-operation!
