A summary
We provide fun activity based programmes, help encourage confidence and self esteem. We provide healthy active lifestyles for now and the future. Activities include football, arts and crafts, music workshops, dodgeball, cricket, inflatables, go carting, ninja, boxing pad work, mentoring and a healthier nutritious meal. The young people have a lot of fun, get active, make new friends and experience new activities. We provide the young people with prizes and incentives .

Fun holistic sports and healthy lifestyles and wellbeing programmes Achieving Goalz and Dreams creates fun and holistic sports and healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes, to help children and families become healthier and fitter and to protect against mental ill health. These programmes are designed for all age groups from young children to youths and adults of all abilities from exemplary to hard to reach.
AGD questions
Come join us this Christmas 2024 and have fun . We aim to be active and out every day , go carting , paintball, ninja , Fòotball and more . We aim to be running from approximately 12 midday to 9pm Any questions on times, days, dates, activities, food menu etc can be found here or by contacting us directly. We are in different locations throughout the holidays so please check with us . We are here to help you have a great Christmas Our times are flexible, all we ask is you attend as many days so you can get to experience all activities. We are not a days out only programme . You must attend as many days as possible to be able to experience the enrichment activities. We will be in sports hall to start our days .and an indoor venue .The times are open and flexible as some days we will finish at 430pm to 5 pm and some days when we go to ninja / go carting/ paintball/ football/golf we will get back later . Please liaise with us as we will book young people onto all the extra activities. The more days you book the more chances they get of going on the extra activities. Thank you .

Aim 1
The young people will get active, have fun, try new activities and make new friends while getting a chance to win prizes and getting a lot of fun facts on food and nutrition.
Enrichment days
Enrichment activities such as Go-karting, ninja and paintball are decided after bookings are made. Dates are not set in advance. We cannot tell you this information in advance. We cannot guarantee which activities will take on any given day. We endeavour to meet the needs of the whole group and a particular constellation of children.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.We encourage you to attend as many days as you can so all young people will get a chance to try our exciting extra activities.
