A summary
We provide an exciting range of toys, arts and crafts and play activities in a safe, happy and relaxed environment for 4-11 year olds.  From our main play room we have direct access to fantastic outside areas within the school grounds; a grassy area, exercise equipment, junior playground, running track, traverse wall, a tree house and an outdoor classroom area. Children have access to a wide range of play activities, indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, sensory play, role play, sports, cooking/baking and there is always a quiet area to enjoy and relax in. Each day there are different craft materials, activities and toys on offer and the children can choose what they take part in. The club is relaxed, friendly and fun and the team like to plan meals, snacks and activities together. We provide a mixture of healthy hot and cold meals at lunch and there is always fruit and veg/salad on offer. We also provide morning and afternoon snacks. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the summer, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
