A summary
Please note that our full summer programme sessions are located across Moulsecoomb, Hollingbury, East Brighton and Woodingdean. TDC’s Summer Youth Sessions weekly sessions of youth led activities over the summer holiday . It will be staffed by familiar TDC youth workers who are skilled at supporting young people and engaging them in designing their own sessions involving a mix of pool, table tennis, arts, sports, cooking and support. Young people's ideas are the key to our delivery so if we need to add in new ideas or change what's on offer, we will do so TDC will be adding other activities to their summer programme and young people attending our sessions will be given priority spaces on these ...more to come If the participant is not eligible for HAF, they are still very welcome to come to our sessions. Please contact Caroline Vitta on 07481896892 or carolinevitta@trustdevcom.org.uk for more information. Please note that both the Trust for Developing Communities and Brighton and Hove City Council will use the young persons details for reporting only. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the summer, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.
