There will also be lots of fun games and a chance for participants to engage in wild play in a safe, facilitated outdoors environment. Saturday: summer survival special Sunday: savages in the woods Please wear warm, waterproof clothing and bring a packed lunch and a drink. Pick up and drop off at Horam Village car park. About your Mentor
About your Mentor
Hello, I'm Phil Greenwood. I am the founder of Sacred Earth. I'm a former Royal Marine Commando but have spent the last 20 years working with young people in outdoor education. I'm an experienced group facilitator, mentor and naturalist. I'm also part of the global 8 Shields nature mentoring movement and the Helpers' Mentoring Society. I strongly believe that our young people need rites-of-passage programmes to help them find their place in the world. At Sacred Earth we do just that. Our programmes help young people develop their social and emotional intelligence through a range of experiential learning programmes. We encourage creativity, community, ingenuity and a deep connection with the natural world.
