If you book into more than ONE session any additional bookings will be cancelled and the first or correct booking will be allocated to you* Short Breaks are offering a number family trips throughout the Easter break open to children with SEND and their immediate family ONLY. This session is a family trip to Marsh Farm for their Easter Eggstravaganza festival A coach will be provided for the trip and there also an option to take own transport to the Farm also. Please ensure you boo the correct tickets. Coach will leave from Shipman Youth centre at 9.30am and leaving the farm at approx 3.30pm, final details will be sent out after booking confirmation. There a number of activities at the Farm, please see details below: Hop on over to Marsh Farm this Easter for an ‘egg’stravaganza of seasonal fun! With acres of themed activities, exciting rides, and adorable animals to meet, it’s the ultimate springtime family day out. Get ready to meet our cuddly Benji Bunny and enjoy a full day of eggs-tra special activities, from an exciting Easter Egg Hunt to glitzy glitter face art that’ll have you looking egg-ceptional! With adorable animals, fantastic rides, live shows, and endless entertainment, it’s the ultimate Easter family day out! Walkabout Easter Characters Easter Egg Hunt Upside Down House Dinosaur Adventure Outdoor Adventure Play Mini Adventure Golf Sand Pit Fun Tractor Town Indoor Soft Play Meet & Feed Animals Roleplay Village Bouncy Pillows Llama & Alpacas Donkeys & Pony Pigs & Goats Guinea Pigs & Ferrets Rabbits Birds All adults and children attending the trip will be provided a lunch. You will be asked to send proof of disability to ensure your place is reserved, please send this over to shortbreaktrips@newham.gov.uk Short Breaks Trips The trips are for families with a child with SEND. To qualify for the sessions at least one child within your immediate family (up to 18 years old) will have special educational needs and/or disability (SEND). A family can have up to 2 adults 4 children. Siblings are welcome. Bookings are limited to 6 spaces per trip per family. Activities for children and young people with additional needs There is a variety of activities in Newham that children and young people with special educational needs or disability can take part in. Some of these activities may be specifically for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities, others may be for all children and young people. Often these activities are run by people or groups independent of us. We are with community groups and schools to help make sure that all events and activities are as accessible as possible
Proof of Disability
Please send a copy of proof of disability for your child to shortbreaktrips@newham.gov.uk and include your booking reference and name of child with SEND. Please send the information within 2 days of your booking to secure your places.
