What we'll do
Join us for an inclusive space to give fitness a go. We’ve got a Personal Trainer on-site to guide you through workouts, perfect your form, and craft personalized workout plans for your fitness journey at home. All our sessions are inclusive and supportive with seperate designated areas for each gender to make you feel comfortable learning and working out. Additionally, if you’re interested, you can also try your hand at boxing during our sessions. This summer we are excited to announce that you will finish this camp with a PE Skills award something great for your CV, you must attend at least 4 sessions to work towards this- this can be across Henbury and Bristol Free School As a bonus, learn how to prepare high-protein, easy, and nutritious meals that fuel your body. Whether you drop in or prefer to book your spot online, we’ve got you covered!

Pro-Coaching was founded in 2001 by Justin Burke. After completing his Leisure and Sports Management degree and P.G.C.E. in Physical education, Justin decided that along with his sports coaching qualifications and keen interest in working with children, he had both the business acumen and drive to create a successful sports coaching company of his own. Since 2012 Pro-Coaching has grown substantially, building a team of well qualified professional. Area Managers who oversee our programme of P.P.A, Clubs and Holiday Courses across the South West of England. They are responsible for managing a network of schools and a team of coaches that work within them ensuring that schools and parents always have a local point of contact.
