Join me for a weekend painting workshop - focusing on darkness and light. Darkness and light are the dancing ground of the visual arts. In the staining of canvas and fingers lies the necessity of creation. We will explore colour and experience the phenomenon of the warm and cool polarity, working listening to music to aid the flow of our hands. We'll approach the work with charcoal to establish a contrasting image and then develop this further through colour.
