A summary
The Break Tha Cycle's holiday programme has an array of engaging activities, including sports, arts and crafts, music, singing and drama workshops, and more. Our primary goal is to foster the confidence and self-esteem of young individuals, inspiring them to become the best version of themselves. We understand the importance of providing enriching activities during the holidays, and our program offers a safe environment where participants can enjoy a hot lunch with some beverages. It's an ideal setting for young people to thrive and make the most of their holidays.

Break Tha Cycle - Positive activities for all!
Break Tha Cycle is a Youth and Community-Led Charity Established in 2015 that was set up in response to the high increase of 'serious youth violence' and other issues that affect the wider community. The charity is run by a Trustee board made up of local people, skilled practitioners and young people. Break Tha Cycle supports disadvantaged children, young people, their families and the wider community in the London borough of Waltham Forest and surrounding areas, Promoting positive engagement and resilience with all user groups especially those who are disproportionately disadvantaged through social exclusion or who have had a challenging and difficult start in life. We are passionate about working in conjunction with young people and families, towards generating positive futures. Our purpose is to assist, our children, young people and their families to re-connect with mainstream society and realise their full potential by offering mechanisms for positive change, challenging stereotypes and reinforcing good role models.
