A SUMMARY
How has 2020 been for you so far? For many, it has been a challenging year. We often hold a lot of weight on our shoulders as adults. And we deserve a break, some time out, some time to reconnect and unwind. The accumulated global stress and fears that have become centre stage these last few months means many of us now feel more disconnected than ever; disconnected from loved ones, from work, from our community and disconnected from the natural world. Project Rewild is offering an opportunity to spend a day in our magical ancient woodland. An opportunity to escape the outside fear, a day to feel free and connected to others, to nature and to yourself. A chance to stop and to breathe. We will share activities and processes to help relax your mind, to help you feel connected and alive in nature. Our hope is that the day will rejuvenate and uplift you as well as offer techniques to help you remain more connected in your lives after the day. The day will include: - Time to rest around a warm fire, hot drinks, cake, and a space to be heard. - Mindfulness activities and meditations. - Nature connection activities and shamanic ceremony to help you process, let go and move forward. - Woodwork and bushcraft skills to help us create physical connection with the land - Nature play and fun In nature we can become more aware of ourselves, and the world around us, becoming inspired, creative and connected. Join us, turn your phone off for the day. You deserve a rest from the busy world right now.
