Cancellation Policy
If you have boked a place on any of the trips this means that we have paid for you to take part, and have bought food for you. Our activities are popular and often there is a waiting list of people who want to come along. If you are not able to make it to the trip, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can offer the place to someone on the list. If you do not do this, it may mean that future bookings will not be accepted, and prevent you from taking part in activities in the future.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
