Established in 2013, Ballers Academy stands as a respected independent sports organisation, renowned for its excellence in delivering football, sports, and mentoring programmes in Southwark, London. With a weekly engagement of over 1000 local residents across a diverse range of sports initiatives designed for varying ages, abilities, and target audiences, Ballers Academy's mission is to ignite a passion for sports, enhance mental health and well-being, and open doors for advancement in sport, volunteering, education, training, and employment. At the core of Ballers Academy's mission is the utilisation of football and sports programmes to inspire individuals, guiding them towards personal growth. Ballers Academy also extends its services by providing vital mentoring to young individuals in need of extra support, steering them towards the right opportunities. Furthermore, Ballers Academy actively champions inclusivity through specialised sessions, including programmes exclusively for girls, those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and older individuals. The overarching vision of Ballers Academy revolves around creating an environment where success knows no boundaries, transcending one's background. A fundamental commitment lies in eradicating inequality, pioneering new avenues for growth, and catalysing transformative change.
