What we'll do
Calling all adventure seekers - Come and join our chapters Summer Holiday Activities to participate in Music, Sporting Activities, Games, Cooking and lots more. • Unleash your inner musician - where as well as Samba Drumming, karaoke and music workshops our members take part in discos with musical games and learn to jive sessions. • Are you a budding athlete? We offer aerobic exercise activities and table tennis as well as playing indoor/outdoor sports, including football (weather permitting), tennis and boccia. • You are what you eat so learning to cook good food that helps to make our members feel better both physically and mentally is important to us. Members can learn about cooking with fresh ingredients, following a recipe, budgeting and menu planning.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
