What we'll do
TIMETABLE 8:50 -9:00am – Participant arrival, register and introductions 9:00-9:30am – Warm up and Ice breaker activities 9:30-10:15am – Activity 1 10:15-10:30am - Break 10:30-11:15am - Activity 2 11:15-12:00pm – Activity 3 12:00-1:00pm – Lunch 1:00-1:45pm – Activity 4 1:45-2:00pm - Awards and Collection Children will have the ability to choose some sports and activities with others being whole group activities. Some of the sports and activities available will be: - Tennis - Indoor Archery - Dodgeball - Football - Netball - Basketball - Team Challenge Participants will be given plenty of time to have breaks and keep hydrated throughout the session.

We provide a range of services from PE lessons, afterschool and lunch clubs, teacher training, holiday sports sessions and a full range of activities at club and community level! We are fortunate to use the fantastic sports facilities at Ledbury Rugby Club! Our main area will be the outdoor pitches, but we have some inside space for wet weather. The address is: Ledbury Rugby Club, Ross Rd, Ledbury, HR8 2LP
