Our TeamJo Moseley, 59, is a single Mum of two grown up sons living on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Alongside a lovely day job, Jo is a bestselling author and award winning tiny filmmaker. She loves sharing the joy of fresh air, hiking, dipping, beach cleaning and paddleboarding. Jo does a headstand a day and is learning to skateboard.
Anne Kingston is a facilitator of embodied movement and Middle Eastern dance and as an organiser and facilitator of relaxation holidays and retreats in Morocco. She graduated with a MA in Dance and Somatic Movement: Connections to the Living Body from the University of Central Lancashire in December 2021 and has facilitated Middle Eastern dance and holistic dance movement for over 28 years.
Clare Jackson specialises in Women’s hormone health in particular relating to the menstrual cycle and the menopause. Supporting women with a range of symptoms from prolapses, vulvodynia, dry vagina issues, cystitis, irregular/heavy/painful periods, ovarian cysts, fibroids and endometriosis. Also conditions relating to the digestive system such as bloating, irregular bowel movements and IBS. Her biggest investment has been qualifying in 3rd Age Menopause certification, as well as Optimal health before and after hysterectomy. Clare is also studying Theraputic Coaching for Women.
Anita McGoay is a certified yoga teacher and practitioner for almost 20 years. She is known for her motivational and inspirational style of teaching, believing that anyone can achieve anything if they are willing to make change happen. Anita upholds and honours the roots and traditions of yoga in her lifestyle and instills a daily routine which incorporates pranayama and yoga to help stay healthy, active, calm and focussed. While asana is often the entry point for many practitioners, Anita, guides practitioners to the next level to really connect with their yoga practice. Anita is certified in hot yoga, vinyasa yoga, ashtanga, pregnancy and children's. Her purpose is to share the joy of yoga.
Angela White AKA 'The Running Granny' started running at the age of 53 as part of a series of ‘small steps’ she took to improve her health and quality of life. A friend then introduced her to the world of ultra running and she become fascinated with what the human body can achieve when asked. Since then she has completed events of increasing distance including a number of 24 hour races, a 100 mile race and the 190 mile Northern Traverse. A former surgeon, Angela has a lifelong passion to inspire others to take their own ‘small steps’ to adopt healthy lifestyle choices throughout life and has set up a social enterprise to encourage and motivate people to improve their future health.
Siobhan Daniels retired from a career spanning 30 years working for the BBC in 2019. Sold all her belongings, bought a motorhome (which she now lives in full-time), and embarked on her solo trip travelling around Great Britain! She now passionately champions positive ageing, calling out ageism and ageist stereotypes, and refuses to accept the narrow stereotypes of retired women. Siobhan uses her blog, Instagram, published articles and public speaking activities to inpire women to step out of their comfort zone and follow their dreams. Her message is clear - to get out there and EMBRACE AGEING! Siobhan published her first book in 2022, Retirement Rebel, and over the last 12 months launched the Retirement Rebel podcast series.
