Come along to our free (funded by Fuel 4 Fun) Multi-sports and Wellbeing afternoon at Active Copley, Huddersfield Road, Stalybridge, SK15 3RR. These sessions are aimed at all children between 11 and 16 years of age to help Increase physical activity levels through a variety of different sports and games, learn different techniques which will help to improve mindfulness and wellbeing and improve social relationships with other children in a friendly, fun and safe environment.

Fuel 4 Fun – Holiday Activity & Food Fund (HAF) has been developed through the department of education (DFE) to engage and deliver interventions to a large cohort of young people aged 6 years up to 16 (Currently in School year 11), and up to 18 years for people with Special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). There are over 10,000 young people in Tameside who receive benefit related free school meals, the main aim of this programme is to engage with these young people over the school holiday period to offer FREE holiday activities supported with interventions, and to provide a nutritious lunch to all. This will also be underpinned by offering training and leadership opportunities to help develop pathways for lifelong learning and development. Tameside MBC/Active Tameside are responsible for the coordination of the programme and are continuously looking to develop partnerships with community sports clubs, Physical activity/ faith groups and schools with the main purpose being that the partner organisation will deliver holiday programmes independently on behalf of Fuel 4 Fun, and its brand.

Mental and Physical Well-being for All
Your Well-being Co provides Holistic and Scientific based Well-being training, classes and workshops for all. Our children‘s program works in nurseries, schools and colleges. This program is designed to educate and introduce the concepts of physical, emotional and mental care. We deliver our program in over 50 schools! We also have an SEN focused program. These sessions are delivered in school, community and private settings providing classes for children and adults with additional needs and/or disabled. Our specialised corporate training and sessions are delivered in workspaces with the focus on staff well-being to encourage a healthy work environment, positive staff morale, peak productivity and performance.We deliver well-being workshops, weekly yoga classes, one to one and specialised small group bookings and corporate wellbeing packages. Hello, I am Hayley I am a senior sports coach. I currently work within primary schools delivering physical education and support with the development of our community and holiday camp provision. Outside of work I enjoy running and compete most weekends. I am the coaching coordinator at East Cheshire Harriers & Tameside A.C, as well as coach to the under 11's. Hi I'm Paul! I am a Senior Sports coach my role is working and mentoring our coaches in schools as well as delivering curriculum physical education myself. Outside of my work I am a UEFA licenced football coach and qualified scout. I enjoy running and keeping active as well as spending time with my family.
