A SUMMARY
Nessie's Nursery is a welcoming, fun and creative environment run from my home, on the edge of Hove Park. Each day is varied, with outings to the seafront, playgrounds, sculpture parks, castles, museums and animal farms. I primarily cater for children 0-5 years old, but also do school picks-ups and drop-offs for older children. My house has plenty of space, toys and resources and a lovely large garden. The children when they are sleeping will do so in a bedroom, with a baby monitor, so that they are getting a proper, uninterrupted rest. I am confident that I can provide the best care for your child keeping them safe, happy and stimulated. I charge £6.50 for little ones, this includes a hot, home-made lunch and/or supper, snacks, drinks and wipes. I charge £8.00 per hour for school pick-ups. Before 8am or after 6pm I charge £10 per hour. I am open Monday - Thursday: 8am-6pm I accept childcare vouchers and work all year round. Nessie's Nursery is me, Nessie, working as a childminder from my home. As it is just me, it is very much a home-from-home setting, with each day being different. I am an OFSTED Good (2017) registered childminder, have a clean enhanced DBS record, a CACHE Level 3 qualification through PACEY, an up-to-date Paediatric First Aid qualification. I also have a car and a full UK driving licence. I am a fun, caring, outdoorsy person, who loves nature. I will ensure that your child is being highly stimulated through not only a wide range of activities but by taking them on daily outings to the: seafront, park, adventure playgrounds, animal farms, museums and galleries, so that they are constantly gaining new experiences. I am an artist by trade (I finished my Masters in 2013) and there is much emphasis on creativity and learning through play, which I believe to be highly important in the development of young children.
