Join Sue & Jas the 20/20 Health exercise referral specialist for a circuit style exercise class. The class is for people who have a BMI over 30 alongside either diabetes and/or hypertension. All exercises have adaptions or alternatives to make the class suitable for all levels, with optional floor work. All equipment is provided for you, so just bring a water bottle with you, We have more ‘Creating a Healthier You’ classes taking place throughout the week and at various locations, see our listing page for details.
