Join Sue & Jas the 20/20 Health exercise referral specialist for a circuit style exercise class. The class is for people who have a BMI over 30 alongside either diabetes and/or hypertension. All exercises have adaptions or alternatives to make the class suitable for all levels, with optional floor work. We are accredited to the NHS, fully insured, and all our instructors are DBS checked, first aid trained, and have many years experience. We work across Hastings & Bexhill
