A summary
This club is for children in Reception to Year 6 attending primary school, it is open to children that are eligible for the Holiday and Food Programme (HAF) through Bracknell Forest Council. Your child is HAF eligible if they are in receipt of benefits-related free school meals. Two tickets are available: - The free HAF day runs from 8.30 am to 3pm - There is an option to book a paid extension for £9, to extend the finish time from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please note that each of these 2 tickets must be booked separately. If you are trying to book the free day (which ends at 3 pm) and also the extension to 6 pm, you must go through the booking process twice. Kidz R Us was established in 2011 and run our holiday club in the community building at New Scotland Hill Primary School & Nursery School, Grampian Road, Sandhurst, GU478NQ. We are open from 8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Thursday, and until 3pm on Fridays, the HAF funded session is only until 3pm, but can be extended to 6 pm for an additional £9. We accept childcare vouchers and are OFSTED registered. We have a dedicated team of staff who all have many years of experience working in childcare & all hold the relevant certificates required as well as Enhanced DBS checks. We also have seasonal student play workers that help in between their studies. We offer lots of fun activities inside and outside with an extension range of toys and resources including scooters, roller skates, go karts, dolls & prams all available for the children to freely choose from & play with in the vast play ground facilities we have full use of which includes a large playing field, running track, a woodland area, climbing frame, large slide, undercover sandpit, basketball/netball court. We encourage the children to play outside and enjoy the outside environment & be as active as possible in the space provided, if the weather is hot the sprinkler & water pistols come out to cool off. Inside the hall we have lots of playsets including Lego, Playmobil, Barbies, Polly Pockets, Super Hero's, dressing up clothes, board games as well as crafts that the children are free to take part in. We always healthy eating and children can help plant fruit & vegetables, take care watering them & pick them to eat or take home.

For children who are also booked on for the extension (ending at 6 pm) we will provide an additional snack at 3pm. Cancellation Policy
For those who have booked the £9 extension session to 6 pm, there are no refunds. You may change your session to another day, but only if you make this request before 6 pm the day before the original session. PLEASE NOTE: this is still subject to availability. For example: if you booked a session for 5/12/24 and you want to change this to 6/12/24, you must make this request before 6 pm on 4/12/24. Same day cancellations will not be open to change or be refunded.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
