A summary
Starfish holiday playschemes run from various venues in Brighton and Hove during most of the school holidays and are open to children ages 4-11, children from all schools welcome. These sessions are based on free play. We have a range of resources readily available for the children such as; role play, lego, arts and crafts, table tennis, outdoor play, climbing frame, group games and more. Our playworkers are all checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and have lots of experience of working with children. They provide a caring, relaxed and fun atmosphere for your child to play, enjoy time with friends and try lots of activities. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the summer, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
