What we'll do
Join our incredible holiday camp and unlock a world of fun! At our HAF camps, children will enjoy an array of exciting activities including sports, challenges, arts, and performances. They'll make lasting friendships, embark on thrilling experiences, all within a nurturing and secure environment. Our dedicated staff prioritise children, ensuring their happiness and well-being with lots of fun and laughter along the way. PLUS Special Events this Summer at Balfour! ~ Slip n’ Slide Dash on Friday, 25th July. Bring a change of clothes! ~ Nerf Battles on Wednesday, 6th August ~ Bouncy Castle on Friday, 15th August ~ Remote Control Car Engineering on Wednesday, 20th August! ~ ZooLab on Thursday, 21st August ~ Pioneer Silent Disco on Tuesday, 26th August A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over Summer, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule. Special Events T&Cs: The purpose of any special events are to enhance your child’s experience at Holiday Camp. These conditions apply to any special events held during Holiday Camp, including but not limited to inflatables, Nerf activities, sports sessions, visits from external experts, local visits and animal handling workshops. All activities will be supervised by trained staff, and every effort will be made to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. We expect all children to follow some important guidelines if required: • Shoes, jewellery, and sharp objects must be removed. • No food, drinks, or chewing gum are permitted whilst the special event is happening. • Children should listen carefully to staff instructions at all times. • Rough play, pushing, or crowding is not allowed. • If your child feels unwell or unsure at any time, please encourage them to speak to a staff member. While all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of your child, participation in special events activities may involve some inherent risks. By ticking the box to confirm you’ve read our Terms & Conditions during the booking process, you acknowledge the risks involved in the activity and agree not to hold the organisers, staff, or affiliated parties responsible for any accidental injuries that may occur.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
