A summary
Our programme gives young people the opportunity to learn key skills involved in sports leadership. Each day we look at different aspects of leadership, such as what does it take to be a good leader, what qualities do you need, how to we organise groups, teams and the space as well as many more. Being a leader is an exciting, rewarding and challenging role. We help young people to explore all aspects and develop their confidence in coaching younger children. It doesn't matter which sport or activity they prefer, the leadership skills they learn with us can be transferred to any sporting environment. Each young person will receive a certificate showing the aspects of leadership they are trained in.

Clair Faulkner
Passionate about play and its benifits.
I have over 30 years experience of working with children both face to face and behind the scenes. During my career I have been a nanny, managed a 115 place nursery and after school club, managed holiday clubs and have now moved into the world of sports coaching.
Hayley Russell

.Since I was a young girl, sports and physical activity have been my greatest interest. I consider myself fortunate to be able to share my knowledge and love of activity with children and adults.
