Geeta Pendaer and Olga Preston are the powerhouse behind N-GAGE Therapeutic Care Ltd We started off as primary school friends and went our separate ways, then reconnected 45 years later with a bank of experience oozing, with creative education and pioneering programmes to support children and young people struggling on their education journeys.
Geeta Pendaer trained in Artiste in Education/ NLP Practitioner/ Hypnotherapist/ Mediator/ FGC Coordinator/ Mindfulness in Motion/ Gestalt Therapist/ CSE Train the Trainer/ Behaviour Management / Author/ Radio Broadcaster/ Trainer - Developed her skills, experience and knowledge through community work delivered through local authority, grant funded projects and programmes through schools, colleges and the wider community. Geeta's passion was always in arts and used the arts as a medium to deliver many programmes, holistic modalities and education. Olga Preston Education Director/DSL/DPO - Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Honours Language, Literature and Drama/Teacher/ Tutoring Business Owner (30yrs Experience)
Olga Preston has been in education for over 24 years. She has a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Honours degree in Language, Literature and Drama and has worked with both Primary and Secondary pupils in schools across London, Kent and Essex. She has been a tutor and education consultant for 10 years helping many children to achieve accelerated progress in school. She led a small team on GCSE Programme, taking in 40 pupils from local secondary schools and Pupil Referral Units (PRU) with a 90% success rate in them passing their GCSEs with a C or above grade (Grade 4-9).
As a team Geeta and Olga have put a unique Alternative Creative Education Programme for young people who are struggling with mainstream education, or are NEET. For the 16+ Employabilty Programme the learners have the opportunity to access a University Foundation Course without UCAS POINTS. All the programmes are delivered maintaining a balance of Education with Therapeutic, Holistic, Harmony.
Our passion for developing engaging programmes has extended to creating and delivering enriching activities for the Holiday Activities and Food Programme, of which, currently, we deliver for London Borough of Redbridge. Our activities empowers the children and young people with a wide range of skills, knowledge and new experiences that inspire and feed their aspirations.
