A summary

Enjoy being guided through a sequence of gentle movement, nourishing breathwork and deep relaxation in a small, supportive group. This workshop will introduce you to Breath-Body-Mind™ techniques designed to regulate the nervous system and leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Breath-Body-Mind™ is a ground-breaking programme of science-based techniques. It combines modern neuroscience with ancient wisdom traditions such as QiQong. The practices have helped many improve their energy, sleep, stress resilience, physical health, mood, mental focus, emotional regulation and sense of connection with others. The workshop is open to those attending the Forest School South West Restore and Reconnect Conference. It will last up to around 75 minutes including plenty of time for questions. No previous experience of breathwork is required. If you have a pre-existing health condition please be sure to read the 'Things to Consider' section below.

Deborah Alexander·Sharing breathwork for health and happiness
It was during a search to improve my own health that I discovered the power of the breath. Breathwork has transformed my energy levels, provided relief from allergies and helps me enjoy a much calmer and more positive outlook. My training as a Breath-Body-Mind instructor enables me to share practical, science-based breathing techniques with individuals and groups. I am passionate about helping people become confident with breathwork so they can use it to support their own physical health and emotional wellbeing.
