A summary
At our Healthy Living Camp on Tuesday, the team will work alongside attendees to cook their own healthy meal and snacks. They will have full access to our gym and will spend time with out fully qualified (partner) Personal Trainer who will encourage and support them to get the most from exercising. She may even put them through their paces in our boot camp activities. Sessions are designed for young people aged between 12-16yrs. All sessions are completely FREE and include a hot meal. PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPETE ALL ALLERGY & RESTRICTIONS.
